I’m not sure exactly which title you want to place an image at or the image itself. Our block titles do not accept html in their fields, only standard text. Please provide more details to where you want an image placed.

If you want to replicate the design form the other website, you need to use another block on the homepage that comes closer to the one in the other site. you can see different block templates here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
As for the header, you will have to use one of the 3 full logo styles: 9, 10 or 11. The logo could need a few adjustments in css for responsiveness though to eliminate the top padding. If you provide a link to your site I could help with the css to some extent.

What type of problems do you have with your Social Icons and weather? Please be more specific about your problems so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
For best results, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins and rule the theme without any untested plugins which might create a lot of unknown issue through theme.

I guess that you want to replicate 1:1 your website which is using our theme with the others from the right side from your screenshot, right? Unfortunately, this is not an easy way to do this because here is talking about two different themes with two totally differents layouts and to achieve this involve to do a lot of additional customizations that involve custom work. As you can see in our documentation, we do not have any header style which supports the weather widget on it. It could be put only in content or in the sidebar. If you need to achieve that layout and you are not aware of the steps which you are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/web designer to help you in this project because we cannot provide this type of service at the moment, sorry!
