Image isn't align

The flag image is aligned in Tagdiv composer,
Image algined in Tagdiv composer…

but…in actual preview it is not aligned
big gap between image (flag) and the black bar

Other than the alignment the image size also reduced, what did I missed?

I solved the alignment problem. But now my problem is that the image(flag) is partially hidden when the viewport (browser) size reduced.

Hi honlim, that depend on how it was set that image, if was set using and element or set as a background. If there are set some options, then, yes it can be because of the width.
If you can provide a link to your website to can inspect the element I can inspect the elements and how it was set it and provide some steps for how to adjust it.
