No links are working with any Image we set up.
As you can see to the right, two images were uploaded. Both have image links attached. I save and the image link disappears.

It works just fine if I add it as a WordPress Guttenburg Block Image with link FYI.

Hello,
I checked your website and now seems the links on the images work -> https://www.screencast.com/t/G6FVrGZy
Thank you!
Those links are from the WordPress Widget section. The American Movers image not at the top of the page, is using your Image with link and DOES NOT work. Matter of fact, I went ahead and removed the WordPress Image settings and now there is only the one image using the tagdiv image. As you can see from the screenshots (the same I added and spoke of yesterday) and WITH the latest update from tagdiv v11.5.1 and the latest WordPress v6.0, it DOES NOT work!

* The American Movers image IS at the top of the page on the sidebar.
Hello,
Indeed, on your website something is wrong with the link on the image, for me works well https://i.imgur.com/KuwM1mu.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/BF9NDBr.jpg
Please check if you have the lazy load option, please disable the lazy load animation: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb, delete the cache and see the results.
Thank you!
No Lazy Load, no cache, and this is implemented by clicking the Edit on your tagdiv composer on the front end. This is a system wide template for posts. Your software is simply NOT saving nor passing the hyperlink of the image to the browser. It works in WordPress but NOT in tagdiv.
Left images under the Inspectors Title there for you to look at. I really need this fixded as I am losing money on the image clicks.

Hello,
Unfortunately, I have no way to investigate a problem, if it works correctly for me, check this video-> https://www.screencast.com/t/FvqRNfrm7G using only tagDiv plugins.
Thank you!
It has the / at the end but thanks for commenting! The issue is that it literally is not saving the link when you hit save. Tagdiv knows the problem they just don’t want to fix it. Just like saying, “Works on my end so can’t help you.” They can easily log into my site, but want the extra $$$$$ to fix their own problem. All good by me because as a journalist, tagdiv’s refusal to stand behind their own product is making the rounds even as I type!

Hello,
I apologize if you believe I took the wrong approach, but this is not a bug; now that the link has not been configured correctly, I believe the issue is not due to the theme.
Also, if I knew exactly what the problem was or where it came from, I would help you, considering that I sent a video with an example of how I did a test.
Also, to connect to the website, you had to send an email, which could take a long time to answer.
If the problem is not resolved, contact us by email.
Have a nice weekend!
THE LINK IS NOT CONFIGURED WRONG!!! This Lagun guy comes along and you pounce on a way to not fix your theme’s issue! The image does not save the link address. PERIOD! End of conversation. This is a THEME ISSUE! Period. End of conversation. My screenshots show this! Period. End of Conversation! I WILL contact via email! You should have stated this FROM THE BEGINNING when you were in over your head!
This guy is right. The link is not working, I really do not know hot to fix this.
Check this and plss tell me if any of the las 2 images (2 identical images) are working or not. Mine is not working. The link (a href) Is going to the image itself.
Please give me a solution ASAP. My client is waiting for me.
Thank you.
Hello @pcland,
You have the images in the post content, so you need to add the link when you insert the images -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zMM8cxbnb9
Thank you!
She won’t give you a legitimate answer. Notice how she REFUSES to address your website and goes for her own, custom monitored and maintained website. C’mon Anamaria (or whatever your name is) bring out the real coders whom ought to be answering the questions on why the links ARE NOT EMBEDDING in websites using YOUR theme! Oh, my bad, you already collected our hard earned money!!!!!
@Anamaria I’m sorry, but this is not working at all. no matter what I’m trying. I’m using WordPress since it was just a blog but this kind of issue, I never had.
PS: right now I just updated the theme. Still nothing, the same shit, it’s just pop up the image.
I’m not saying there is a bug, but definitely, there is something wrong. The video you sent seems to be legit, however, I did many times the same settings… NOT WORKING!
Please send me an email. U have my address on my profile. I will reply to you with the username and password from the backend. Maybe you will be able to do it.
Thank you.
Get your checkbook ready @pcland as @anamaria and tagdiv are going to take you for a ride! They are going to ensure that their errors are fixed by those of us whom already paid for their theme. It is sick and disgusting that we have to beg and beg and then resort to emails in order to protect their racket! How about @anamaria and tagdiv just FIX THE PROBLEM and be done with it!!!
Hello,
@pcland I saw now, that you have the LightBox enabled, please disable it and clear all cache -> https://i.imgur.com/aImjH3Y.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
if the problem is not resolved after, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access.
@foreclosurepedia We always tried to help you and I don’t think we ever asked for money to solve bugs in our theme. . Also, for various reasons, not everyone is comfortable providing access to the website.
Considering that it is the same theme, the options are the same, no matter what prebuilt website you have installed, that’s why the videos and screenshots are from my install. I also searched and did not find an email from you about the issue of the single image background and the link to investigate.
Have a nice day!
@anamaria First time I saw which email to send the issue to. Make no mistake, I sent it now.
Hi Laurențiu,
The problem is resolved.
Also, the option lightbox from the theme panel had to be disabled https://i.imgur.com/Wm8ZQIR.png
@foreclosurepedia we will investigate
Thank you!
The solution, on my side which my coder discovered and your folks triggered his memory as they could add the link, is that YOU MUST PASTE THE LINK IN PLAIN TEXT. I operate on a Linux system. The way that code is interpreted from browser over is oft times different. I don’t know if this affects Windows or not, but worth a try. My issue is solved and my part of this thread may be closed. Thank you to all parties in the process.
