I am doing a test in stage site. Not able to see image but when i click inspect in chrome or inspect element in firefox image is visible. During further test i found below.
When the page is loading css class for the image is “td-animation-stack-type0” this have opacity as “0”. When i click element class is changed to “td-animation-stack-type0-2” this does not have any opacity.

in above pls check image inside “live-message–container” class
If working correctly pls try clear cache or in incognito mode.
This issue is intermittent.

Please provide some useful screenshots of the problem so I can identify it, sorry! Also, I saw that you are using some untested plugins on your website which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.
