Image NOT zoom when using mouse on homepage. How to change, please?

Hello,
I have checked your site and saw the the images zoom on the big grids so I assume you want them not to. If you do not want the zoom effect, please change this setting like so: http://screencast.com/t/Tnx2EAq4kgo
