Thanks for early replay.
I have already installed the Thumbnail Regenerate plugin and applied to the current pictures.
Other picture thumbnails work fine, problem is Big Grid 4.
How to fix ?

Well please check your post images. Are they big enough to fill in the grid size? The theme will not enlarge images. Just crop them. You need to make sure your images are big enough to fit.
If you still have trouble please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it
