I’ve checked your site and noticed that you”re not using Newsmag theme: http://screencast.com/t/FelRNjqD Please make sure that update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ Also try to regenerate your thumbnails following this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ clear all caches then test again.

I’ve checked your site and the theme displays thumbs properly. The theme crop from every image a thumb for each module, for example on module 10 it’s used a thumb by 180x135px: http://screencast.com/t/BxUzqSDBpz From this image: http://www.imedita.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Step-by-Step-Guide-2.jpg the theme cut a new image which will be used on module 10. Because the image is smaller its content won’t be completely displayed, that’s why some parts from the text are missing.
