Hello, I have ALT and Title description in media library. When I open post page I do not see any title under the photo. I need to make visible the titles. Can you help?

Use the field Caption to the caption appeared under a photo.
Example:

Thank you for help, but it’s not solve my issue. I need to have title, my customer’s SEO Manager ordered it. What block this element? In which file I can find it?

This element is not editable unfortunately. Our theme does not show the image titles. It just shows the image caption. Here is where the images code is being created if you want to alter this behavior: https://www.screencast.com/t/niyTGHCGX
