imagebrowser not loading …

Hi,

To fix this please edit the gallery and set it to link to media file like this: http://screencast.com/t/N9Zb76l2
The theme uses this image sizes: http://screencast.com/t/yVdr3GyCe generated when you upload an image and as you probably noticed the image sizes added in functions.php are used for modules if you decide not to use some of the modules you can remove the image size.
However we have this on our issue list, by default WordPress doesn’t have such a feature so we are looking for a solution to fix this.

Sorry for the delay.
Please deactivate speed booster also, this may cause something like this also when used in conjunction with other plugins so please make sure that this isn’t happening due to some other plugins by deactivating all plugins and enable only the speed booster plugin then please make sure that you are emptying cache files then check again.
Also note that you don’t need to keep the speed booster plugin active if it dose work without it you can leave it disabled.
Please let me know about what you find.

Disabling the speed booster plugin should’t affect those features, those issue could occur due to other plugins.
To remove the light box when you use the speed booster plugin also, replace the content of site.min.js with this: http://pastebin.com/rLeCLmkU

Hi,

Please make sure that you disable all plugins leaving just the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin active then empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN host services then check again for this as this.
Please also note that the speed booster can cause issue when used with other plugins.

You need to try this without plugins first as this may occur due to a plugin which you are using and causes this js error: http://screencast.com/t/eTzzZQNhe
Make sure you disable all plugins then empty cache and check again for this. After this make sure you enable the plugins back one by one so you can notice winch one is causing this.
You can switch to site.min.js by activating the speed booster plugin but I doubt this will solve the js issue you have, you can also try that and see how it goes but make sure you have only the Visual Composer active when you do that.

Also make sure you make a back-up of your current theme installation so you can revert back to it in case something goes wrong.

Please make sure you do it like I suggested because we had some reports that the plugin isn’t working properly when using the toolkit to update it as errors may occur and files may be skipped so please make sure you do it manually like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and always make sure you make a back-up of your current theme installation so you can revert back to it in case something goes wrong.
