Hi
First-time Newspaper theme user for WordPress. Loving the customizer and theme panel settings so far, but I’m running into a problem with regards to setting/uploading the logo, favicon or other images.
Whenever I select an image to be placed in any of these places through the theme panel or through the composer, they don’t show up. The preview remains empty. I’ve tried to use images that have the exact recommended sizes as well as other sizes.
When I load a template header (e.g. Romania News Pro) the default logo of the template loads, but the image can’t be changed.
The same goes for an image block. When trying to load a static image into them, the image isn’t loaded.
Additional information:
– WordPress 6.1.1
– Tried with Newspaper 12.0 and 12.2
– Running on a local Docker instance for local development. I made a copy of our live website that has several hundred posts already and I’m tasked with applying a new theme on it. So it contains a whole library of images already. All of them work and load through the default WordPress media library.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if there’s a log file of some sorts that can be retrieved.

Our theme is a frontend theme for most of the elements and changes, you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the pages and templates for posts/categories, etc => https://i.imgur.com/I3OUYxr.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/mMrEufY.jpg from the frontend,

The options from the Theme Panel are for the standard template.

Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

It allows to add credits below an image. I’ll have to look into how we can still provide image credits. Is this, by any chance, something the Newspaper theme also supports?
