Images from post not load

Hi,

I have just bought Newsmag Theme. Last theme I have was Newssetter and when I change to Newsmag, new theme doesn’t display images from posts. Is there any chance to fix that? My website is: http://www.motoday.pl.

I have Newsmag and Visual Composer in latest version.

I’ve checked your site and you’re not using our theme now so I can’t say for sure why you have this issue. Please make sure that you’re using last theme version available on themeforest, V 2.3.6 and also use Visual Composer V 4.11.2 which is included in theme’s path. @robson2386 I’ve checked your site and noticed that when I access some posts the theme used to display them changes to newssetter: http://screencast.com/t/bj680EgsK9RR This is one of the those posts: http://motoday.pl/2015/06/16/bmw-serii-1-e87-jedyny-kompakt-z-napedem-na-tyl/ I am not sure why this happens but seems to affect site’s functionality and that’s why the featured image is not displayed on modules.
Make sure you have installed the Newsmag theme according with our documentation, also deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.

@haeluna I’ve checked your site and the theme works fine but you don’t have set the featured image for your post, that’s why there is no image displayed on homepage. Try to set some featured images for your posts: http://screencast.com/t/tDU3mo4C then test the site again.

I checked that and posts on the site does’t use the featured image but some newssetter theme functionality. You think it is possible to change that? All of my posts does’t have featured image – function is blank.

This is a complex task and are required many customizations and tests in order to be achieved. Basically it’s needed a new implementation regarding the featured image.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
