I have the following issues –
1. The images in my mobile website are not displaying. Also everything appears in black and white including the header. The desktop website is working fine.
2. The menu bar loads earlier than the menu. The bar first appears with more width and then narrows to normal size.
3. Is it okay to not use a logo in the website?

1. If you use the mobile theme plugin, the website should look like this on mobile https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
2. I will check once I can see the website.
3. That should be fine, if you do not need a logo (image or text) then you can simply not use one.

Point 4 – What should I do to change the colour of the menu bar. I couldnt change it through tagdiv Composer.

2. Please check the menu using tagDiv Composer, click on the menu and make sure that you have this option disable -> https://i.imgur.com/wbj2Q7Y.png this will fix the problem with the menu.
4. You can change the menu background color using the tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/PbeWRbi.jpgn or you can set it on entire row (or inner row) -> https://i.imgur.com/dSItWYw.jpg
