Images in Sidebar are blurry in Google Chrome

Hi guys,

There is a discrepancy in image quality when comparing the top Ad in the sidebar if its loaded in google chrome versus firefox.

How do i fix this?

It has something to do with the latest Chrome update, please put below code into the CSS section. Thanks.
