How can I add a image align to the right in the area hilighted in the image bellow:

Hi,

You can add it using the “Header Ad” section in Theme Panel > Ads, follow this guide (How to make responsive text/flash or image ads:) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/

Replace the images in the code with yours.
