articles images in desktops and tablets looking good but when i open it on phone they are not

A solution could be to access the homepage, edit with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB and here will display your mobile version.
Click on the element and set the module height so that fits the design in your mobile version.
