Can anyone help me? The thumbnails don’t load when i enter the site. Also the advertorials images are not showing.

Please make sure that you’re using last theme version available on themeforest and also update Visual Composer plugin at V 4.11.2 which is included in its path. So I had this exact same problem when WordPress updated recently, but you guys fixed it through a theme update. However, the exact same problem mentioned by ozzie62 happened to me last week. For now, I have turned off lazyload so my images show. But, I updated the theme yesterday and even the Visual Composer Plugin like you said, but nothing changed. My site is shanaplandebate.com. Please help me out!

I’ve checked your site and found a js error in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/bZz6ZZlk I am not sure why this error appear as is not related with our theme but could affect its lazy load animation. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again.

Can you check Stressplein.eu Same issue. Not all browsers though. Chrome is ok. IE and Edge show no images the first the pages loads.

You can enable back the plugins one by one and check which one of them causes the issue. We have a limited number of plugins tested with the theme, you can check them here: http://screencast.com/t/sELmyPQ7 so if you’re using some plugins which are not tested is possible to appear some conflicts.
