Sometimes when I open my website, the images on the site do not load.

I have tried different internet providers and it’s still the same

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have inspected the website, and the images are not loading from what I can see. That is usually caused by code entered in the theme panel (including ad codes in some cases)in a child theme or directly in the theme files, or plugins.

I see that you are using the Jetpack lazy load for your images. Please check if the issue is solved when you disable that setting
https://jetpack.com/support/lazy-images/
Then clear you cache and CDN if used. Let us know the results of this.

Thanks

I already had this issue before I activated the lazy load. I even deactivated jetpack.

I am not using a child theme either.

Try this suggestion. Deactivate all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Clear the cache again. Check if the images display. If this does not work, we could take a look.

The problem was fixed after I deactivated the plugins as you instructed. But you know this plugins are important for my website.

What do I do next?

Thanks for your replies.

Enable them one at a time, while checking if the problem reappears. This way you can identify the one responsible.

Once you know which plugin it is, you should search if possible for a similar plugin as a replacement, if this plugin is important for the website.

Finally found the plugin causing the conflict.

It’s the “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin by wpbeginner.

This problem has returned after I inserted the Google Tag Manager code in my Theme Header and Footer via the theme panel.

Maybe you did not insert it properly, and it is not working correctly. Double check it, if it needs to be entered between the head tags, add it before the closing head tag

I have added the file to the header without issues.

The instructions on google tag manager is to add a code in the <head> tag and another immediately after the opening tag <body>.

The issue re-occurs when I add the code to the body tag in line 23. https://www.screencast.com/t/leIn30u7O0T

Please ignore my previous comment.

Just found out that even the code in the header section doesn’t allow the image load.
