Images not loading real time on posts

Images uploaded into WP and then placed into articles are not always loading in real time when reading live posts. Is there something that I should be doing better when uploading the photos? Using compression? They load very slow or not at all. Please see the link below for an example.

Hi,

As I can see the images format is look encode -> https://i.imgur.com/Gje7JK8.png this is caused by some plugins that you have enable, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
