Hello, I have a huge and urgent problem.
The images from all posts, blog etc, have disappeared.
They are visible on safari, but it doesn’t work on chrome or firefox.
website is: projectbebest.com
Can you help me out please? This is tremendously urgent. This is a commercial site and I have a huge issue right now.
Thanks
Hello,
I have checked your site on chrome: http://screencast.com/t/cWKr90MwPgw and firefox: http://screencast.com/t/vC3pdU3cp
Your images are working and i did not find any issues.
Maybe it was a temporary glitch. Let us know if the problem reappears.
Thanks.
Hi, I solved the problem by disabling lazy load within your theme.
But shouldn’t be able to use it if I wanted to? What is the reason it won’t work on chrome or firefox?
Thanks
The original post was on Oct 21, 2015, today is September 17, 2016 – 11 MONTHS! I had the same issue last week and WASTED 1 week working on trying to solve the problem. The images DO load SOMETIMES for a short time then disappear again.
Oddly, in the test site (www.testsite.inbishkek.com) using the magazine demo, everything works perfectly, after it was hand-copied to its home (inbishkek.com) and switched demos to the default demo (client wanted the text boxed) we’ve had nothing but problems. All settings are the same including plugins. Both the test site and home site work without problems on smartphones; Windows, Android (Google) and iOS (iPhone), as well as Windows 8.1 tablets, iPads and Android tablets. So the problem are not PLUGINS. It’s the code stupid!
This problem cannot be found in the KNOWN BUGS or theme issues anywhere, just this post in your forum – found this thread by chance! Disabled lazy loading. and now the site seems to be working again on all PC based browsers, but only the FRONT PAGE has been working for the past hour, not sure how long this will remain true.
The POSTS still have issues with only some images showing up. So what could be the problem? Both sites are in the same domain, but test site is a subdomain – that’s not the problem. 2 sites, same configuration except for the test site has lazy loading enabled – everything works perfectly. The home site has the lazy loading disabled only the home page has no issues. We’ve created a “special page titled http://www.inbishkek.com/newspaper7-problems, please look at the screenshots before answering.
If the shit does not work, at least get rid of the feature! Don’t make us waste our time researching for solutions, writing these stupid posts and waiting a couple of days for replies. We have better things to do!
It is troubling that developers continually tout a feature to speed up site loading, yet fail to FIX this problem! NO it’s not a plugin conflict, it’s a CODE issue!
I think everyone is getting tired of these bullshit cookie cutter answers by lazy coders & developers; “This problem might be a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and then activate lazyload and see if the problem is still there.”
This crap negatively impacts site development deadlines we have committed to our clients! Will I recommend this theme for a client? Definitely not. If they want it, I’ll do my best to dissuade and steer them in another direction.

Hello iNBishkek Magazine,
I feel sorry that you are not satisfied with our theme. Please notice that our theme is fully tested with all of the theme’s features and everything work as expected. I have inspected both websites and I saw that you images are displaying fine. Also, I noticed that you are using a lot of untested plugins which could interfere with the theme functionality and cause a lot of unknown issues. This could be a reason why the lazy load not working as properly. Please try to make a new clean install with the latest version of the theme and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and check there is the lazy load working fine. Also, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Please notice that before beginning to test your website, we will deactivate all of the untested plugins just to avoid the conflicting plugins. Please notice that we are glad for helping you but all at once and you have to take our tips.
Also, further if you are unhappy with our product, you can ask a refund at Envato and we will agree with it when we get the request, then you can go ahead and buy another theme. To complete the refund request follow this link: http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Thanks for your understanding!
I Emailed the login information, hopefully you can get to the bottom of the problem. Although a refund is very tempting at this point, it is not longer practical. We’ve invested 2 months of planning the concept and overall look of our client’s website around your theme, purchased licenses for Virtual Composer and Rev Slider as well spending more than a hundred of hours compiling the site storyboards, optics and layout, it’s main pages and more than 200 posts. We neither have the time or budget to start over again. We have got to get this theme to work!
Another issue – the time and date of the top menu disappears when the the post image problems are present, including the home page (although the images are displaying there). Don’t know if the problems are related to each other or not – just a heads up bit of info.
One more question and this relates to the global/default post settings; At the bottom there is a block which contains 2 tabs – Related Articles and More from this Author. What I want to know is, where are the settings for this block? We’re having problems with it on the inbishkek.com site – the testsite works perfectly. I also want to rename the tabs and link them elsewhere.
Hello iNBishkek Magazine,
Ensure that you have enabled the settings from the Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/IrwFVAYDAaBi -> http://screencast.com/t/E68Gm0ll6
Regarding on your latest question, please notice that the Related Articles features come at the bottom of each post with these two tabs -> Related Articles and More from Author -> http://screencast.com/t/uhy6jyVdem All the settings for this feature can be found in Theme panel->Post Settings->Related Article, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/zEQUfKDzqPTY For more information about this, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/ If you want to change the name of these tabs, you can do that from Translation in Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/mtM6VogHykzC Please keep in mind that you want to change the functionality of this feature if you want to add other settings for it, you will have to alter the code in the core file where this was made, like in td_module_single_base.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/pyOjVV6X2M
Have a nice day!
