I have another question, where can I find more about creating a home page, more about the VC? Or give advice how to make a homepage looks like â„–2 and â„–4 on demo site?

I think the docs do show how to create a layout with visual composer and there are some preset styles if you start with “blank” page when creating page (choose “blank” page on right side).
Easy to play with without public seeing anything, since you can set up a working home page then create new blank page, test new layouts by using preview until you get what you want, or at least part way.
Of course there are also various tutorials online for using visual composer since it’s used by hundreds of theme developers.
