Please make sure that you activate the option you need for the thumbnails size from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on Modules/Blocks.
After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/

So I downloaded the plugin, but it downloads to my computer. How do I get it to tools?
I figured out he plug in, and it said it was done, but still none of my featured images loaded.

After the steps I explained above, after install the plugin, you need to do these steps:
1. Go to Tools -> Regen. Thumbnails
2. Click on Regenerate All Thumbnails
Please give it a try and let us know about your results!
Please note while the process of regenerating the thumbnails is running, try not to make any changes to your website including the creation of new posts.

Hi, tried that a couple times just to be sure. Still did not load. We also tried uploading new posts and the featured photos did not load still.
