Hello!

Make sure that when you upload an image, you choose full size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
If the article image size is correct and also you didn’t solved the issue, then you can upload again the images in full size and set it again(with different name).
In the flex blocks you can choose which image size should use: https://www.screencast.com/t/r3Dzcmj94gVL
Maybe you can use a plugin to transform the images in Webp.

I think you use an extra plugin for that, that’s why you can not see that option.
