I would like to know which part of the template can insert the code adsese to display the ad content was left as the next picture is displayed.

Hi
You can paste the code in header.php or footer.php files as these are required on every post/page from site: http://screencast.com/t/lTkO7fNp4kVh You also need a new container for that ad and some css code for its layout.
