When I click on Import I can see that there is a modal window that opens under the current modal window, with 2 buttons (yes/no) .. but I can´t read what says in the window and I cannot press any button. I guess it is asking me for something, and this stops the import from happening. Nothing happens.
I also see a 404 in console output of developer tools in chrome.
How can I fix this? The theme is activated.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The modal window below is a TagDiv window. I recognize the coloring of the modal.

I host site at Kinsta.. they add a cache there by default. I cannot remove it.
I cleared the cache and tried again. Same error.
Turns out it asks if I want to import this template… :-/
So how to fix this?
I disables WPBakery plugin.. that helped. Then the modal actually comes ontop of the other modal.
