Wordpress / Cloud templates / Import from Cloud Library function does not work. The Pre-designed Templates window opens, but only the message “Loading templates…” is visible.

Hello @infotec!
Please check the console in that moment and verify the errors you encounter.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

It’s not working for me either. I see loading templates all the time

Now it’s working again. I don’t know what happened because I didn’t do anything with it.
