Import template

Hi!
While using the tagDiv Composer, im trying to import a template section.
After I hit the “Import section” buttom, nothing happens. The background turns darker, and there is a pop-up (Are you sure you want to import this template?) behind this “Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library” page, but I can’t hit the YES buttom, since it immediately disappers after I hit X (cancel) buttom on the template page. So I simply can’t import templates. Is this a bug, or im doing something wrong?

Hi,

Most of the times this problem is made by plugins, please make a test, let enable only tagDiv Plugins and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Thank you for your quick response. Turning off the plugins solved the problem.
