Import Theme Settings from old Database backup

Hi,
somehow I managed to delete my Newspaper theme related plugins and the theme itself via FTP. I was able to recreate everything, but now the theme settings are gone.
I have several database backups of my wordpress tables. So, I hope that old theme settings are stored somewhere in my backups. Can you please point me to a table and specific row, where I can find these settings? And maybe how to re-import them as new theme settings?

Hi,

The td_011 should look in a database like this -> https://i.imgur.com/k7nkIRg.png here are saved all the settings that are made in the Newspaper theme if your database td_011 is not looking like this is possible to be something wrong, also removing this code will crash your website.
