Import with All Import > Subtitle

Hi,

We are checking to import with All Import plugin and like to import and include the Subtitles for the theme from our XML, there is option in All Import to place custom Fields what field must we use for this ?

Hi,

If you mean the post subtitles, these are saved in the post meta in the database. If you exported the database for use on a different domain, the subtitles should be carried along with the posts.

Hi Simion,

Thanks for the quick reply. We are not moving to a new domain. It is a external XML feed that we need to import. For the subtitles we need to know the custom field so it will be shown in the theme.

Hello itisme64,

All of this meta will be saved in the post meta, as my colleague told you above. In the future, if you want to move your website to another domain, you can try using the WP Duplicator plugin.
