Importing Blocks Problem

I am trying to use the page builder to create my website. When I attempt to import a block to use on the site, the question “Are you sure you would like to import this block?” with the options yes and no show up behind the preview. Because of this, I am unable to select OK. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks for your response! Unfortunately, I did as you recommended and the problem still occurs. Is there anything else that you suggest? Thanks
