Hi Guys,
I first installed a demo with all it’s content with no issues.
I then went into TD composer and went to the header manager.
Then clicked to import header template from the cloud. header-template-33/
It then asks me to activate theme but my theme is already activated.
I then add purchase code to activate theme again and then it asks me to create a user account
which I already have.
Anyway can’t figure out how to import a header properly?…

Hi,
If the theme is activated it shouldn’t ask for it again when using the cloud library. If you activate it with the same key you used to create this forum account there will be no need to create a new account.

If there is a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the website and admin login, as well as the purchase code. Include a link to this topic in the email.

It’s not in the theme licence file.

In your Envato account downloads menu locate the Newspaper theme, then there will be an option to download the license certificate and purchase code – https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
Use that purchase code to activate the theme. If there is a problem, you can send us an email as mentioned above. Let us know.
