Impossible to know or modify the social network icons in the header

Hello, once again, after hours of research, after reading the documentation, I still don’t know where to change the links in the social network icons of the header.
The video shows div composer but no, there is no possibility to modify this area.

Everything is extremely complicated on this subject.
