Improve Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)

Hi,
using https://developers.google.com/speed I notice that my website (www.ciscozine.com) has a CLS > 0.25.
This value is critical for google SERP. How can I improve this value?

Hi,
Yes, this is the new method that google for pages speed.
To can avoid this problem, you need to remove the mega menu, sticky sidebar, sticky menu, next prev buttons from blocks and other options that use ajax queries.
