Inarticle Adsense on mobile problem

Hi

I have a strange problem with adsense inarticle ads on mobile.

Even if they are inserted apparently with the right dimensions (330 x 275 x)
It happens that they are displayed inside a div that makes
them expand off-field incorrectly…
<ins class=”adsbygoogle” style=”display: block; text-align: center; height: 500px; width: 600px;” data-ad-format=”fluid” data-ad-layout=”in-article”

I don’t understand if it’s an ad problem or the ad script that adapts to something wrong in the mobile theme…

Ads are inserted via newspaper interface from control panel in the ARTICLE INLINE AD and ARTICLE BOTTOM AD fields.

Thanks

Hello,

In order to test this implementation, try to use the adrotate plugin and place the ad inside the plugin and then place the plugin shortcode in the mobile theme ad spot in the theme panel. This way you bypass the theme ad system and see if the ad potions the same.

Thank you!

Hi Bogdan,

I did a simpler thing

I removed the ad from the mobile theme panel and inserted it directly into function.php with a function that puts it after two paragraphs.

the result does not change

Sometimes the announcement is only partially displayed with a div 600 x 500 that causes it to exit the smartphone screen…

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Well, if you bypassed the theme ad system, it is clear that the problem is not from there. Are you sure the ad is responsive. Please test this on a wp default theme. Is this behavior only happening in our theme? only on the mobile theme? does it happen on a wp default theme? These are standard debugging methods needed for the investigation.

Thanks.

Hi Bogdan,

after a thorough analysis I believe that the problem is due to the mobile theme in relation to inarticle ads by google…

Any suggestion or attempts to resolve?

Thanks
