Inconsistent display of BG colours

Here’s the other problem I’m having: I’ve set a BG colour for a couple of the blocks in my layout. That colour shows in TagDiv composer, and it shows in the tablet preview. But it does not show in the desktop or mobile view.

It is possible to have set the background color only in the table version and not in desktop version, please check it on all view ports – https://i.imgur.com/1bRkO4C.png
