Incorporate javascript into Head and Body

I need to add some advertising javascript to the Head and Body areas of the web, but when I add them to the Header.php file they are not shown on the web.

If I add them through Custom Code the problem is that they work in the whole page, not only in the Head and Body zones. Any solution?

Hello,
If the code needs to be add in the head and body, then please try to add your code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Analytics/JS => https://www.screencast.com/t/nou4AMaBhSMn codes and see if it is working or not.
