Incorrect displaying of raw-html at the main page.

Hi! I am trying to put weather informer or exchange rate informer at the main page. But every html informer that I tried to insert gets some strange properties.
For example informer should look like this http://cropme.ru/s/h/a/l/c7511c98.png
But on my site I see another picture with some border and strange text formatting http://cropme.ru/s/h/a/l/fe3869a7.png
Address of my site is economica.md.
Can you please help me?
