Increase Custom Icon Size in Menu Bar

I have managed to successfully use some custom icons in my menu, but I can’t figure out how to increase their size or the padding on the icon. Please help.

Each time you add to your post thread – it pushes it to BACK of the queue, not front !
They were also closed for the holiday.
