Hello. it’s easy to load next posts on tags pages with infinite loading, such as in category pages?

Hello,
Unfortunately for tag pages there is no such option. You can only choose the post display view for tags like so:

Unfortunately there is no pagination options. You can only use the standard WordPress pagination on the tag template
