Inline ad appear inside of blockquotes

Hi,
In my posts I use blockquotes to quote snippets of text from other sources, everything is ok, but…
For some reason when we use the inline ad (for 3 or 4 paragraphs) and coincides with the blockquotes, that banner appear inside the blockquotes and the appearance is not entirely professional.

Any fix?

PS: never third plugins!
