P.S. I have two newspaper themes. When I wanted to confirm the activation by adding the license I had to confirm my name and email. I had to create a second account for that. I preferred having ability to sign in with an existing account. Ok. Probably its a safety issue. Never mind.

The inner row and inner columns are the same as normal row and columns the single difference is that these inner rows need/can to be inside the row/column, unfortunately we do not have a documentation for them, sorry!
If you have two licence you can create a new account for each one when you activate the theme, but if you want you can set the second licence for the current account as in our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
