You can use the theme ad spots to place footer ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/above-footer-ads/
or if yo want the ad placed inside the footer, you can use the 3 footer widgets in the wordpress widgets area and place an ad box in the footer.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should try using the AdRotate plugin and check the results.
