I have upgraded my template to v6.1 version and wondering where I can insert the ads to here ?

Hi,

Yes, you can move top footer ad there, just edit footer style that you use(I see that you use footer style 1) and move this code – http://screencast.com/t/Wc6PusZWnYg – http://screencast.com/t/mSjQcEeSqUht
And use this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/3W77txmhiu0h
