Hi,
For this you need to use a code for button, if you want to set a link on that button -> https://i.imgur.com/YEjpCO8.png you can get the code from here -> https://pastebin.com/TBpTXxS6 also the css style need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css and the a href code need to be set in customs ad.
