another question, how to make shortcodes ( installed via plugin) work in combo with newspaper ? i want to insert them in the ads section, so it will be easier to save all ads in shortcodes and insert them based on criteria .

Some shortcodes work in our ad spots like for example adrotate shortcodes, but I cannot say for sure about all shortcodes. Try it out and see if your shortcodes work or not. If they don;t unfortunately we cannot offer any customization services.
