Insert shortcode in page builder

Currently, I need to insert a shortcode that generates a plugin on the page. I search in the options that the page builder gives me, but it does not show me an option that allows me to insert the shortcode.

Thanks for the reply. I followed the steps and saved the changes, but the inserted shortcode has no effect. I also deleted the cache

Hi,

If your settings are not saved, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-does-not-save-only-content-of-homepage/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, and clear/purge all cache.
