I’m working to use the new page template feature. I need to be able to insert shortcodes into the sidebar to activate certain widgets. I don’t see a way to do this. Further, when I use the “Widget Sidebar” feature, it strips out features inside by widget panel that use shortcodes.

If you are chose to use the widget sidebar you’ll need to change the display view to see the box -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ep9duWXUr ( this is a bug but fax fix and is implemented in coming update )

That does not work. I’m trying to insert a shortcode from Toolset. The code works great in the existing widget, but when added via the method above it does not display
Any known issues with interaction between Toolset and your new cloud templates?
For reference, this is the tag I’m using [wpv-view name=”post-page-tease”]
When I insert the shortcode into the inline ad position, it displays. But not anywhere else. Something is buggy.

Unfortunately we did not tested this plugin with our theme, and we can not say if there is or not some incompatibilities.
Did you try to set the code in a play with tagDiv Composer to see if is working?
