Hello,
We need to insert some text on each page of the site somewhere in the top section before or after the main menu. Unfortunately when I copy the header.php or page.php templates into the child theme and paste the code in the file, nothing appears.
Please advise how exactly we should correct the template in order to be able to show the text.

If you have the Newsmag theme, then a solution will be to set the text in the ad section -> https://i.imgur.com/bTDXMbv.png -> https://i.imgur.com/eX9ogDZ.png
If you want to edit the theme files and set theme in a child theme, then you’ll need to use this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ (in Newsmag, the root is wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newsmag).

Initially, we did you the AD section, but it was blocked by AdBlock in the end and was not ideal, since we wanted text to be visible all the time.
Yes, this with modifying the template might help I will look into it. I was wondering why modifications did not apply when I tested, now I see the process is a little different with this theme, thank you for clariffying that.
