How do I insert a downloaded banner (just the art) with a related link into an ad position? I’d like to run a banner for the American Red Cross flood relief but don’t know how to package it up. Thanks!

See the docs for custom ad to put in the html into the divs. Just use normal anchor link on the img src for locally hosted graphic

A simple image with a link can be inserted in the ad sections of the theme panel. Like this example for the header ad
