Hi, I’d like to know if there’s a way to insert, say a custom ad 1, when creating a new post or page via an html shortcode or any way that would allow me to have full flexibility on ads placement and doesn’t require a template to be present, so I could for instance place an ad after the first paragraph, after the 5th paragraph and after the 10th paragraph – basically at any spot in the content.

You can realize this when you edit a post by TagDiv Composer and modify the element called “Post content” in the Ads tab like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/48Q143rgELK
You can specify also the Par.(Paragraph), where you need your ad to display.

Hi, thanks for the answer. So it ‘s not possible to input a shortcut or code in the post editor itself, it would have to go through the TagDiv composer?
Ideally I’d like to have full flexibility, not ‘after 3 paragraphs’ only, hence asking.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a shortcode to do this. But in “Post content” element you can specify any number of paragraphs.

There is one created for beginning of the header, one for footer and 3 for the content.
What you can do is to write the same code for these 3 sections and write the different number of paragraphs. But unfortunately, you can not add more then 3 sections or 3 ads on a post which you can control after what paragraph to display.

Unfortunately, for AMP version you can add how many ads spots you can see if you access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads.
