I would like to know if there is anyway we can show content from that selected categories. Eg If someone is reading news story then popular and latest content should show from news category only not from all the categories same applies to sports when someone is reading sports stories then latest and popular should show the content from sports categories. As I know all stories are opened from one single template and we cannot have different pages for each stories inside page correct me if I am wrong.

For the category page, you can add a flex block with a special filter Category: Current category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ The posts from that category will display only.
